Error messages when opening CPD Streaming

Members trying to access the Bar Association's CPD Streaming using the Safari web browser for Macs might be experiencing some difficulty viewing seminars, that is to say, the video won't play at all. Users will be told 'Flash version 9.0 or greater is required. You have no flash plugin installed'. A reasonably simple explanation and remedy can be found here.
