Cuts to CLCs: LCA predicts more people will "fall through the cracks"

The president of the Law Council, Fiona McLeod SC, has warned that drastic cuts to already under-resourced community legal centres will precipitate a legal aid crisis. The LCA predicts that $35m cuts in Commonwealth funding between 2017 and 2020 will mean 36,000 fewer clients will be assisted. View the Law Council's media release here.
