New Land and Environment Court practice notes

The chief judge of the Land and Environment Court has issued new practice notes: Class 1 Development Appeals, which will commence on 27 March 2017; and Class 1, 2 and 3 Miscellaneous Appeals which will commence on 27 March 2017 and Practice Note - Class 1 Residential Development Appeals, which will commence on 30 March 2017. The chief judge has also made a new Conciliation Conference Policy (which replaces the existing policy), which will commence on 27 March 2017.
