Singapore Convention on Mediation

On 10 September 2021 the Australian Government signed the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (the Singapore Convention on Mediation.
The Australian Government’s signing of the Singapore Convention on Mediation follows supportive submissions from the New South Wales Bar Association and the Law Council of Australia to the Federal Attorney-General earlier this year.
