Notice to the Profession - Positive COVID-19 Case in the Lionel Bowen Building - impact on hard copy subpoena material

The Director Court Services for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has this morning advised that a staff member who attended the Lionel Bowen Building in Sydney last week has tested positive for COVID-19. Accordingly, the registry is now closed until further notice and arrangements are underway for the building to be deep cleaned.

These arrangements regrettably mean that the Court will not be able to provide any subpoena material that is stored in hard copy format until further advised.
