NCAT - Secure email delivery of sound recordings

01/10/2021

From 1 October 2021 parties can request to receive a copy of the sound recording from NCAT by email.

NCAT is now using a secure file sharing service called Kiteworks to send sound recording files to requesting parties. Parties will have 14 days to download their sound recording.

This new delivery method is part of NCAT's strategy to increase digitisation of its services.

How to request secure email delivery

  1. Complete the sound recording request form and select 'secure email delivery'.
  2. Send completed request form with payment to NCAT.
  3. Receive an email from Kiteworks with a link to the NCAT sound recording.
  4. Download the sound recording file within 14 days before the link expires.
