On Tuesday, 5 October, the Public Law Section is pleased to host a CPD on Administrative decision-making: a matter of timing.

The webinar, presented by Tamara Phillips, and chaired by Stephen Lloyd SC, will address how the passage of time may affect the facts to be taken into account throughout the administrative decision-making continuum, the law to be applied, and the existence of power to decide, by reference to recent authority.
