13/10/2021

The Sydney University Law Society is organising the Multilateral Client Interviewing Competition 2021 we would like to invite you to judge the Semi-Finals/Grand Finals of the competition to be held on 17 October 2021.

Introduced in 2020, the Multilateral Client Interviewing Competition is a new national intervarsity competition intended to increase the number of opportunities for skills competitors to compete on the intervarsity stage. After the successful first year, we are pleased to return again this year in the hopes of attracting a variety of competitors from diverse backgrounds and talents across the Universities in Australia. Last year, we had over 30 participants across 9 universities, bringing together a variety of teams, clients and judges elected and sent by each Universities for the competition.

This year, we would like to invite the esteemed and learned legal professionals from various legal sectors to be the judges for the Semi-Finals/Grand Finals in this annual competition, and it would be our great pleasure and honour if a member of the Bar Association was to judge the Semi-Finals or Grand Finals.

In light of the COVID-19 restrictions, the competitions will once again be held via Zoom.

The Semi Finals will be held 12.00pm-2.00pm AEST on 17 October 2021 and will be 2 hours long. The Grand Finals will be held from 6.00pm-8.00pm AEST on the same day and will also be 2 hours long. Each judge will judge either one of the sessions.
