Resignation and New Law Council of Australia Family Law Section Executive Member Welcomed

After almost 10 years, Michael Kearney SC, New South Wales Barrister Representative on the Law Council of Australia's Family Law Section Executive has stepped down.

Michael was elected Treasurer in November 2012 and served as Deputy Chair from December 2018 to December 2020.

The Executive of the Family Law Section has approved, by resolution, the appointment of Peter Cummings SC as the New South Wales Barrister representative.
