Retirement of Chief Justice the Hon T F Bathurst AC

Following yesterday's announcement from the Hon Chief Justice Tom Bathurst AC of his retirement from office on 5 March 2022, the NSW Attorney General the Hon Mark Speakman SC MP has issued a Media Release recognising his exemplary service to the justice system, the state of NSW and the legal profession over a long career. When his Honour retires next year, he will have served in his current role for almost 11 years.
