Ceremonial sittings of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1)

Ceremonial sittings of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) will be held in New South Wales to farewell the Honourable Garry Foster and the Honourable Justice Ann Ainslie-Wallace.

The ceremonial sitting to farewell the Honourable Garry Foster will be held on Wednesday 8 December 2021 at 4.30pm in Courtroom 3, Level 3, Garfield Barwick Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 1-3 George Street, Parramatta. Robert Lethbridge SC will speak on behalf of the Australian and New South Wales Bar Associations.

The ceremonial sitting to farewell the Honourable Justice Ann Ainslie-Wallace will be held on Wednesday 15 December 2021 at 4.00pm in Courtroom 7C, Level 7, Lionel Bowen Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 97-99 Goulburn Street, Sydney. Paresh Khandhar SC will speak on behalf of the Australian and New South Wales Bar Associations.
