Appointments to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1)

The Attorney-General for Australia Senator the Hon Michaelia Cash has announced that Mr Richard Schonell SC and Mr Andrew Strum QC have been appointed as judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Division 1), to the New South Wales and Victorian Registries respectively. Both appointments on will commence on 29 November 2021.
