The New South Wales Bar Association recently launched two new initiatives which are intended to address sexual harassment, discrimination and workplace bullying at the New South Wales Bar and provide support to members:

1) Spot, an online reporting tool to enable reports to be confidentially and anonymously recorded and/or reported. Further information about how to use the Spot reporting platform is available here.

2) An independent Sexual Harassment Officer, to provide a dedicated, confidential support function to anyone who has experienced or witnessed sexual harassment, discrimination or workplace bullying at the Bar. The New South Wales Bar Association is committed to the elimination of unacceptable behaviour in our workplaces and to a safe and inclusive legal profession. All members are encouraged to make use of the new services.
