The Summer 2021-22 edition of Bar News is now available online. It examines, among other things: the pitfalls in the Uniform Law costs assessment regime; the scope of the 'aliens' power in the Constitution and how the Bar Practice Course went online. There is an interview with Justice Dhanji and the usual, engaging mix of book reviews, personalia, appointments and obituaries. The hard copy version has been despatched by Australia Post and should now be in mailboxes.
