The President of the Children's Court of NSW, Judge Ellen Skinner, has issued Public Notice of Response to COVID-19 Pandemic No.13, which commences on 10 January 2022 and supersedes other notices, unless otherwise stated. The Public Notice covers general listing arrangements; arrangements for the conduct of hearings; the Youth Koori Court; Special Fixture Hearings; Compulsory Schooling Order Conferences; Youth Justice Reports; and general mask wearing requirements.
