Positions vacant at the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission

The NSW Government is seeking candidates for the positions of commissioner and chief commissioner at the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC).

The LECC provides for the independent detection, investigation and exposure of serious misconduct within the NSW Police Force and the NSW Crime Commission. The LECC independently monitors and reviews investigations by the NSW Police Force of complaints about the conduct of their officers. The LECC also monitors critical incident investigations conducted by the NSW Police Force. As an independent statutory agency the LECC reports directly to the NSW Parliament.
