District Court swearing-in ceremonies

Peter McGrath SC and Penny Musgrave will be sworn-in as judges of the District Court in ceremonies that will be live-streamed from 9.00am on Monday, 7 February and Thursday, 10 February respectively. The Commission will be read by Judicial Registrar James Howard and Oaths/Affirmation entered into in Court 21A John Maddison Tower before Justice Price, Chief Judge. A welcome ceremony will be held on a date to be determined, which will enable in person appearances.
