Session 1 - Family Provision Jurisdiction - Tuesday, 22 February

On Tuesday, 22 February, the NSW Bar Association's Succession and Elder Law Committee will launch the "The Judges Talk - Succession and Elders Law" seminar series with "Family Provision Jurisdiction". For the first session, Justice Francois Kunc of the Equity Division will join barrister Simon Chapple to discuss practice and procedure relating to Family Provision Claims under the Succession Act 2006. His Honour will comment on some of the more interesting recent cases.
