Lachlan Macquarie Chambers has a well-appointed room for sale. The room is located on the ground floor, near all amenities and the Clerk.

The room can be purchased unfurnished except for the bookcase and wardrobe which will remain as those items were built for the room in which they are situated.

The room can also be purchased fully furnished which includes all furnishings and library with case law spanning over thirty (30) years of criminal law practice. (Computer and printer are not included in the purchase price) The Floor consists of twenty six (26) barristers, practicing across a broad range of areas including criminal law, family law, equity, insurance, law, medical negligence, personal injury, family provision and ADR/Mediations. The Floor has broadband internet and floor-wide Wi-Fi. In addition, the Floor offers mediation facilities with use of a large board room that can accommodate comfortably. Most importantly, the floor is collegial and has an appreciative culture for its Members.
