Local Court to resume normal work

Judge Peter Johnstone, Chief Magistrate of NSW, has announced that the Local Court will resume its usual operations on Monday, 14 February. Chief Magistrate's Memorandum No.27 - COVID-19 replaces all other previous COVID-19 memoranda and the directions apply to all Local Court sittings in NSW, both civil and criminal. It does not apply to the Children's Court or the Coroner's Court.
