Dr Hoyos will also cover some ways to optimise the quality of our sleep. Register for the event here.

Dr Camilla Hoyos is a Research Leader in the Centre for Sleep and Chronobiology at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research and a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney.
