2022-23 Renewal Invitations

Renewal invitations/application forms will be sent to eligible members towards the end of March 2022 via DOCUSIGN. Please complete the form and click ‘Finish’ to submit the form via DOCUSIGN, at your earliest convenience. No payment is required until we process your form and send you an invoice.

For members who would prefer a printable form, please advise Bar Cover by email to office@bsaf.com.au or by telephoning Steve or Lucy (02) 9413 8481.
