On Tuesday, 15 March 2022, the NSW Bar Association's Succession and Elder Law Committee will host the third instalment of "The Judges Talk - Succession and Elder Law" seminar series with "Elder and Protective Law". For the third session, Justice Paul Brereton brings his experience as a trial judge and Justice of Appeal to the presentation discussing the role of the Supreme Court and NCAT as well as statutory and other applications.
