Bookings for the 2022 Quadrivalent influenza vaccine will close at 5.00pm today. Several appointments have been vacated due to COVID-19 isolation or other commitments.

In order to complete your registration, you will need to complete the consent form. You will also be advised that you cannot have a COVID vaccination within two weeks of receiving the flu vaccine.
The cost to members will be $24.20 (inc. GST).
