Tonight, 24 March 2022, former Chief Justice the Hon T F Bathurst AC and Miles Condon SC will present 'Ethical Issues in Practice'. The fourth instalment of the NSW Bar Association's Succession and Elder Law Committee's 'The Judges Talk' seminar series.

Recent cases in the NSW and Victorian courts have raised questions requiring legal practitioners to appreciate their own conduct when dealing with colleagues and the judiciary. The Hon T F Bathurst brings his experience as the former leader of the state's judicial offices and a former President of the NSW Bar Association in his overview of conduct, which may lead to professional consequences and a hearing taking an unexpected turn.
