Supreme Court Update: Commercial, Commercial Arbitration, Construction and Technology and Corporations Lists

The Chief Justice has advised that, following the appointment of Justice Hammerschlag as Chief Judge in Equity, Justice Michael Ball will conduct the Commercial List, the Commercial Arbitration List and the Construction and Technology List. Hammerschlag CJ in Eq will conduct the Corporations List for the next three months. Justice Black will sit in the Commercial List but continue to deal with all scheme matters.
