This workshop is designed to help legal professionals to add to your skillset, enabling you to provide workplace mediation as an additional service to offer clients. It is a process-driven workshop, with hands-on learning and practical tips and strategies to engage you in the specific processes and dynamics of workplace mediation. This two-day workshop takes place via Zoom.

As an attendee of the workshop, you will:

• Understand the psychology of participants' mindsets during mediation
• Hear about best practice procedures to follow
• Get insight into managing challenging behaviours during a mediation.
