On Tuesday, 5 April 2022, the NSW Bar Association's Succession and Elder Law Committee will host the fifth instalment of "The Judges Talk - Succession and Elder Law" seminar series with " Testamentary Capacity and Knowledge & Approval".

As old as the law is with regard to testamentary capacity and knowledge approval, recent cases in the Court of Appeal demonstrate contemporary principles can be applied whilst confirming long standing law. Justice Leeming will discuss recent judgments, especially in the context of the practitioner ensuring a valid testamentary disposition is made.
