Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC Governor of New South Wales invites members to view a livestreamed presentation of Ideas@theHouse, “Nothing” presented by Richard Tognetti AO Artistic Director, Australian Chamber Orchestra on Wednesday 20 April 2022 at 6:30pm

Richard Tognetti is the Artistic Director of the Australian Chamber Orchestra. He has established an international reputation for his compelling performances and artistic individualism. Richard performs on period, modern, and electric instruments and his numerous arrangements, compositions, and transcriptions have expanded the chamber orchestra repertoire and been performed throughout the world. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2010. Richard holds honorary doctorates from three Australian universities and was made a National Living Treasure in 1999.

Following the presentation, Toby Chadd, Director Artistic Planning, ACO, will delve deeper into the concept of ‘Nothing’ in conversation with Richard.
