The 2022 Sharwood Lecture will review the impact of the law of the State on religious institutions. The lecture will be held on Wednesday, 25 May 2022 at 7.15pm in the St James' Church, King Street, Sydney

The fifth Robin Sharwood Lecture will be delivered by Mr Michael Shand AM QC. Michael Shand is a Queen's Counsel practising at the Victorian Bar. He has served as Chancellor to the Anglican Primate of Australia and Chancellor of the Anglican dioceses of Melbourne and Ballarat.

A commentary and response to the Lecture will be provided by Ms. Mandy Tibbey, a member of the New South Wales Bar.
