Supreme Court Revised Covid-19 Protocols

The Supreme Court has issued revised Covid-19 Protocols and Criminal Jury Trial Protocols. The Protocols will take effect on Monday, 2 May 2022.

This includes that, from Monday, 2 May 2022, unvaccinated jurors will be permitted to serve on jury panels. The criminal protocol has been updated to reflect this change. The protocols will be reviewed again at the end of June.
