The Commercial Law Association will hold its annual June Judges Series from 1.00-2.00pm on 10, 17 & 24 June at the NSW State Library. Hear the former chief justice, the Hon Tom Bathurst AC QC speak on "Problems with restraint of trade", Justice Julie Ward on "Equity’s path to justice" and Justice Ashley Black on "Practice in the Corporations List of the Supreme Court of NSW and recent case law".
