Fiat Justitia Lecture Webinar - 7 June 2022

The Fiat Justitia Lecture will be held on Tuesday, 7 June 2022 at 6.00pm.

The speaker, The Hon Justice Sarah Derrington, will speak on the topic "Without Fear or Favour" and will explore whether the judicial oath of office – to do right to all manner of people according to law, without fear, favour, affection or ill will – is sufficient for the modern judiciary to maintain the public’s confidence in the judicial process.

The Hon Michael Black AC, QC is the patron of the Fiat Justitia lecture.
