Commencement of Critical Incident List in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

The Critical Incident List in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and (Division 2) has been implemented and will commence on 6 June 2022.

The List has been established to help families who need to put arrangements in place for the care of children in circumstances where no parent is available as a result of death, critical injury, or incarceration relating to a family violence incident and where orders are sought for parental responsibility.
