Fees in advance reporting due tonight

All barristers who hold/have held a trust money account for the purposes of receiving fees in advance, for the reporting period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, are required to complete and submit an External Examiner’s Report (or a Nil Return Form) by tonight at 11.59pm.

If you have closed your trust money account please notify Ms Cynthia Lam. Please send all completed forms and any enquires to clam@nswbar.asn.au.
