The Local Court has advised the Bar Association that from Monday, 4 July 2022, the listing calendar for Central Local Court will be transferred to the Downing Centre. Please refer to the Downing Centre’s daily break up for details of courtroom allocations.

If you have a defended custody hearing listed in the Downing Centre from Monday, 4 July 2022, and you don’t require your client to appear in person, please send an email to the Registry at least 72 hours before the commencement of the hearing, and a s77 order to appear by way of AVL will be made.
