The ABA Family Law Committee will be holding a seminar on Wednesday, 20 July 2022 at 5.00pm via Zoom on Appellate Practice and Procedure with His Honour Justice Austin, Judge Manager of the Appellate Division of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) as the presenter. The seminar will be chaired by Michael Kearney SC.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) commenced operation on 1 September 2021 and the Court has introduced significant changes to the rules and practice attending the conduct of appeals from that time. This seminar will review those changes and the preparation and conduct of appeals in the Court.
