Tomorrow: Women Barristers Forum drinks night

The Women Barristers Forum (WBF) warmly invites all barristers to a drinks event tomorrow Tuesday, 19 July 2022 from 5:30pm at Mondeo Bistro and Bar, 126 Phillip St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Life at the NSW Bar for barristers dramatically changed as a result of COVID-19, especially for junior barristers. Recognising this, WBF has been providing zoom meet-ups over the last two years, both for professional development and as a means of connecting and socialising with other barristers, in keeping with WBF’s commitment to promoting a collegial and supportive profession, especially for female barristers.

Now that we can all meet in person, WBF is pleased to be hosting this drinks event to support female readers and female junior barristers (Under 2’s). Please come along and meet some new people or relax with your colleagues outside of work. It has certainly been a challenging year or two, and calls for a social night out. There will be a bar tab and some food.
