The ADR Committee presents ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law’ on Wednesday, 27 July 2022 at 5.15pm. The Honourable Deputy Chief Justice McClelland AO will speak on ADR in the Federal Circuit and Family Court, the Honourable Acting District Court Judge Ian Coleman SC will speak on Arbitration in Family Law and the Honourable Stephen O’Ryan QC will speak on Mediation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court. The event will be chaired by Mary Walker OAM.
