Industrial Relations (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2022 (NSW)

The Regulation amends the Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2020 to increase certain fees charged for proceedings in the Industrial Relations Commission in alignment with fees charged for similar matters in the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, District Court and Local Court.
