AIFLAM Twilight Seminar

The Law Society of NSW is partnering with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators in support of their Twilight Seminar, to provide further education and training on the arbitration of family law disputes. The seminar will be held on Friday, 16 September 2022 at 4.30pm.

The 2-hour presentation will provide the factual and legal detail underpinning arbitration under the Family Law Act. From the benefits for clients, to procedural matters, with useful arbitration material it will cover everything you need to know to get your first arbitration underway.
