The National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty The Queen public holiday has been declared for Thursday, 22 September 2022. NCAT will be closed on this date.

All matters listed for 22 September 2022 will be rescheduled to a new date. You will be notified about a new date by phone, email or post shortly. There is no need for parties to contact NCAT unless requested to do so.
