Walk in my Shoes - In Conversation with Refugee Women in Law Event

Diverse Women in Law will launch the third event in its 'Walk in my Shoes’ series which will focus on the rich lived experiences of Refugee Women in Law. The event will be held on Tuesday, 25 October 2022 from 5.30pm at Baker McKenzie, Tower One - International Towers Sydney.

The panel, Mariam Veiszadeh (CEO of Media Diversity Australia), Zahra Aria (Industrial Officer), Sadia Azizi (Solicitor at RAILS) and moderator the Honourable Justice Dina Yehia, will hold an empowering discussion with Refugee female lawyers who will share their stories, experiences and insights on their journeys to and within the legal profession.

The event will be held both in person and virtually.
