The Attorney General has approved the appointment of Michelle England as an Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions for a period of 12 months. Called to the Bar in 2006, Ms England had an extensive trial and appellate practice in criminal and administrative law before her appointment as a Crown Prosecutor and Acting Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutor in 2021. She was appointed an Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions in February 2022.

Cecilia Curtis has been appointed an Acting Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutor for a period for 12 months.
