Final RSVP Reminder: LARS 2024 Thank you function

The NSW Bar Association Legal Assistance Referral Scheme (LARS) is hosting a thank you function on Thursday, 29 August 2024. LARS has formally existed since 1996 and reflects the strongly held view of the bar that a person’s rights and access to justice should not be diminished because they have little or no money. This event is an opportunity to say thank you to our members’ commitment and dedication in offering their time and expertise to assist in the Schemes administered through LARS.

Please note that attendance to the LARS thank you function is by invitation only and invitees are reminded to RSVP at their earliest convenience.

If you are willing to offer your services to assist, please complete this online form to register your interest in either or both of the Duty Barrister Scheme and LARS. The scheme's guidelines are available from the NSW Bar Association's website under About Legal Assistance.
