Appointment of Senior Counsel

The appointment of Senior Counsel for 2024 will be announced at 1pm on Friday 4 October 2024.

A copy of the President’s announcement will be emailed to members via InBrief and posted on the Bar Association’s webpage (www.nswbar.asn.au).

Individual letters to each applicant from the President may be collected from the Bar Association between 12pm – 12.30pm. Clerks are asked to arrange for the envelopes for members of their floor to be collected. Applicants whose chambers are outside the CBD and who wish to have the President’s letter emailed to them are asked to email their request to SCSelectionCommittee@nswbar.asn.au.
