Senior Vice-President, Dominic Toomey SC, and member of the Bar Association’s Common Law Committee, Tony Bowen, appeared today before an inquiry of the Legislative Council’s Standing Committee on Law and Justice into the proposed changes to liability and entitlements for psychological injury in NSW.
