Industrial Relations (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2023

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following regulation under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 to increase certain fees charged for proceedings in the Industrial Relations Commission in alignment with fees charged for similar matters in the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, District Court and Local Court.
