Tonight: New Barristers Committee Cross Examination for Under 5s – Part 2

In the second of a two-part CPD, the New Barristers’ Committee will be holding a practical demonstration workshop on cross-examination held at the Banco Courts.

In this workshop, registrants will work in groups and perform cross examination exercises coached by silks and Judge Wass. The workshop will cover the best practices and pitfalls discussed in part 1 of the workshop being held on 20 July so registration for both sessions is recommended.

The three presenters are:

• Sue Chrysanthou SC, 153 Phillip Barristers;
• Sharyn Hall SC, Samuel Griffith Chambers; and
• Rashelle Seiden SC, Ground Floor Wentworth Chambers.

Additionally, her Honour Judge P Wass SC of the District Court of NSW, will preside over the workshop and provide valuable insight from the bench.

There are almost 250 registered for part one but don’t miss the sequel! Registration for part 1 does not include registration for part two.
