Reporting to the Secretary of Department of Communities and Justice, the Deputy Secretary will lead the organisation and administration of the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division. This Division is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of court and tribunal services across NSW. Working closely with key legal stakeholders and the judiciary you will lead a workforce of circa. 3,000 to drive a significant reform agenda including digitisation.

The role requires an understanding of the complexities of the justice system and the critical role of courts and tribunals in that system; an ability to develop constructive working relationships with heads of jurisdiction that respect and preserve the doctrine of the separation of powers.
